Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Flat-rate shipping is $10 anywhere in New Zealand, and it's free on orders over $100. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days, though couriers can occasionally run late. If your parcel hasn't turned up within a day of the estimate in your tracking, get in touch and we'll chase it for you. If something happens to be out of stock, we'll give you a timeframe from our supplier or offer a refund — your choice.

Discreet packaging and billing

Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging, and your bank statement stays discreet too. There's nothing on the parcel to show what's inside or who it's from. No one needs to know but you.

Change of mind

Because of what we sell, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once an item has been opened or its seal broken — it's a hygiene thing, and we know you'd want it that way. So please choose carefully. If we've sent the wrong item by mistake and it's unopened with seals intact, we'll happily sort an exchange.

Faulty items and warranty

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 always apply, and on top of that most products carry a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing faults. (The warranty covers working parts that affect how the product functions; it doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or items opened up or repaired by anyone other than us.) Before returning anything, it's worth a quick check: fresh batteries fitted correctly, any travel lock switched off (try holding the power button for several seconds), and rechargeable items given a full charge. If it still won't play ball, contact us with your order details and we'll walk you through the return. We cover return shipping on anything genuinely faulty; otherwise return postage is yours. For rechargeable items, please allow up to 24 hours after we receive the faulty item before we process an exchange.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before it ships? Get in touch quickly. As long as the courier hasn't collected your order, we can cancel and refund it in full, with no fee. Once it's with the courier we can't pull it back, but your Consumer Guarantees Act rights still apply. Refunds usually show within a few days.

Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy under New Zealand law. Delivery delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control aren't a failure under the Act, but we'll always help sort out delivery issues where we reasonably can.
